Cross-Channel Brand Audits
Conducting regular audits of websites, social media, paid ads, packaging, and print materials to check for visual consistency.
Identifying and correcting visual drift or misalignments.
Photography & Videography Direction
Establishing a consistent visual tone and style in photography, videography, and illustrations.
Sourcing, shooting, or selecting imagery that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Vendor & Partner Oversight
Reviewing third-party creative (from agencies, freelancers, staff, or influencers) for brand alignment.
Providing feedback or guidelines before content goes live.
Evolving the Visual Identity
Periodically refining the visual identity to reflect brand growth, cultural shifts, or market trends while staying true to core brand DNA.

Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and producers.
Pitching stories, products, or newsworthy moments to secure earned media coverage.
Managing press lists and media databases.
Press Releases & Media Kits
Writing and distributing press releases to announce company news (openings, partnerships, milestones, etc.).
Creating media kits that include bios, brand info, imagery, and press-ready assets.
Thought Leadership
Positioning founders and key staff as industry experts through op-eds, bylined articles, interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.
Crisis Communication
Developing and executing communication plans during a brand crisis (negative press, customer backlash, legal issues).
Crafting holding statements, Q&As, and internal/external messages to manage reputation and maintain trust.
Event PR
Supporting or organizing press-worthy events
Managing press attendance, photo ops, and post-event coverage.
Media Monitoring & Coverage Reporting
Tracking brand mentions, press hits, and sentiment across media channels.
Reputation & Brand Messaging Management
Ensuring consistent messaging across interviews, press materials, and public appearances.
Acting as a gatekeeper to uphold brand tone, values, and positioning.
Identify key attributes and differentiators for storytelling angels and opportunities.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Engaging with community leaders, partners, investors, or customers to build goodwill and brand trust.
Supporting partnerships or initiatives that reinforce positive public perception.
10. Internal Communication Support
Partnership in managing internal announcements and morale messaging to align internal culture with external reputation.

Bi-weekly meetings, either in-person or via Google Meet
Weekly progress reports and project updates to be sent via email on Fridays
Tracked analytics to include digital ad & email marketing performance, web traffic, and other agreed upon KPI’s.

Option 1: retainer of $3,500/month inclusive of all outlined activities and agreed upon scope.
Option 2: rate of $95/hour with the ability to reassess after first 30 days.
Billed on the first of the month. Payment due within 30 days of receipt. Payment received after 30 days of receipt will incur a 15% charge.
Require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice from either party to initiate changes or termination of the business relationship
