Who we are
Maddy Dickerson is a career integrated communications & marketing professional with experience leading marketing for some of the largest names in luxury hospitality, including Conrad Hotels & W Hotels. For the past nearly ten years, Maddy led brand strategy and managed a creative department for six-time James Beard semifinalist Martha Hoover’s award-winning restaurant group, Won’t Stop Hospitality. Together with a small team, they successfully promoted and supported 14 locations and six unique concepts at its peak, resulting in a sale to private equity in 2024. Maddy thrives in mining storytelling opportunities, identifying partnerships that add credibility and increase reach, and refining and improving marketing functions.
Rachel Enneking is a multidisciplinary photographer and visual storyteller based in Indianapolis with over a decade of experience spanning freelance work, hospitality content direction, and large-scale event coverage. With a BFA in Photography from the Herron School of Art and Design, she brings a strong foundation in creative direction, technical execution, and post-production. Most recently, she led visual storytelling for Won’t Stop Hospitality, where she helped define the look and feel of some of Indy's most recognizable dining and bar concepts. From styled food photography, product shots, and menu launches to interiors, team portraits, and daily service moments—her range allows her the ability to capture the full experience and personality of each brand she partners with.
