Maddy will work cross-functionally with internal and external partners in Social, PR and/or Talent Management, Branding Agency, and Podcast Production to launch and maintain MSH Collective and its sub-brands, reporting to Martha Hoover.

    • Responsible for developing brand positioning, narrative and messaging frameworks, and guiding major initiatives

    • Ensure consistency across advertising, social media, collateral, and in-person experiences

    • Protect and evolve the brand in response to cultural shifts

    • Ensure all project elements work together smoothly

    • Distribute and organize tasks to appropriate parties within MSH Collective

    • Track progress against milestones and deadlines

    • Serve as the main point of contact for project communication

    • Maintain brand guidelines and toolkits

    • Own consistency and cohesion across touchpoints and campaigns

    • Align brand hierarchy, sub-brands, and product naming to overarching guidelines or strategy

    • Bi-weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 10am, either in-person or via Google Meet

    • Weekly progress reports and project updates to be sent via email on Fridays

    • To be billed on the first of the month for the previous month’s work at a rate of $75/hr

    • Require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice from either party to initiate changes or termination of the business relationship
