Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each restaurant’s unique identity, business goals, and target audience.
Create content calendars for all restaurant concepts, balancing brand storytelling, promotional needs, and timely cultural moments.
Identify opportunities for brand growth across emerging platforms and key channels.
Content Creation & Curation
Concept, produce, and publish high-quality, platform-native content (photo, video, copy) that captures the atmosphere, dishes, drinks, and team culture of each concept.
Partner with in-house teams and creative freelancers (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce content that drives engagement and brand equity.
Source and repurpose user-generated content in line with concept’s tone of voice and visual standards.
Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, tags, and sentiment across all social platforms, engaging with followers and guests in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned voice.
Respond to guest feedback (both positive and negative) with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to operations or management as needed.
Collaboration & Cross-Functionality
Work closely with marketing, culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
Manage influencer partnerships to amplify messaging and increase reach.
Website & SEO Management
Oversee the content, visual updates, and performance of all restaurant websites, ensuring mobile optimization, ease of navigation, and clear CTAs (reservations, orders, events).
Update menus, hours, and location details regularly.
Implement and optimize SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings for branded and non-branded keywords.
Email Marketing & CRM
Develop email marketing strategy for newsletters, promotions, events, and loyalty campaigns.
Platform Management & Tools
Manage social platforms using Sprout.
Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep brand content optimized and relevant.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of organic and paid content across platforms, using insights to refine strategies and maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations based on data and trends.

Guest Acquisition & Retention
Develop strategies to attract new guests and deepen relationships with existing ones through content, analyzing loyalty programs, community partnerships, and new means of personalized marketing, i.e. SMS.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Own the marketing budget across concepts, ensuring efficient allocation of spend based on priorities, performance, and ROI.
Source and manage creative vendors, media buyers, and promotional partners as needed.
Brand Guidelines Management
Management and application of a brand style guide (logo use, color palette, typography, imagery, tone, iconography, etc.).
Cross-Channel Brand Audits
Conducting regular audits of websites, social media, paid ads, packaging, and print materials, and advertisements to check for visual consistency.
Identifying and correcting visual drift or misalignments.
Photography & Videography Direction
Establishing a consistent visual tone and style in photography, videography, and illustrations.
Sourcing, shooting, or selecting imagery that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Vendor & Partner Oversight
Reviewing third-party creative (from agencies, freelancers, staff, or influencers) for brand alignment.
Providing feedback or guidelines before content goes live.

Positioning founders and key staff as industry experts through op-eds, bylined articles, interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.
Media Monitoring & Coverage Reporting
Tracking brand mentions, press hits, and sentiment across media channels.
Reputation & Brand Messaging Management
Ensuring consistent messaging across interviews, press materials, and public appearances.
Acting as a gatekeeper to uphold brand tone, values, and positioning.
Identify key attributes and differentiators for storytelling angles and opportunities.
Internal Communication Support
Partnership in managing internal announcements and morale messaging to align internal culture with external reputation.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management: $2,400/month
Public Relations: $1,200/month
Billed on the first of the month. Payment due within 30 days of receipt.
Require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice from either party to initiate changes or termination of the business relationship.
