Email Marketing Plan Timeline

July 14-18

Kickoff Call: 1- 2 hour call to determine the month ahead, what templates are needed between one time and automated, how to integrate Loyalty into email marketing schedule, as well as discuss a cadence and plan for offers, announcements, and more.

Overhaul of templates: Maddy will create new templates based on team feedback and needs. Will update some brand assets as necessary.

Email Marketing Plan: Maddy will develop a plan & schedule for one month.

July 21

Review: 1 hour call to review, edit and/or approve templates, plan & messaging.

July 22-25

Implementation

August 19

Review: 1 hour call to review performance and adjust strategy as needed.

Additional Services

  • Toast support, updates, & troubleshooting

  • Design for collateral, digital promotions, and menus

Rate: $75/hour
